Contacting the Support Center

If you are a currently covered by a valid maintenance and support plan, you can contact our Support Team directly through the Dragonfly interface to request support. A maintenance and support plan is the best way to ensure you have access to technical support resources when it matters most.

Before contacting us, please check to see if your question has already been answered either in Dragonfly Social (see Connecting to Dragonfly Social) or in this Help system.

How to Contact Support
  1. Choose Help > Request Support on the menu bar.
  2. Enter your name, email, and your question in the appropriate fields.

  3. Upload a file or files, such as a screen capture or text document, that further describes your inquiry, optional.
  4. Click the Submit button to send your request.
